PGY-1 Preliminary

Preliminary residents are treated the same as our categorical residents with identical rotations, responsibilities, and teaching. We will, however, make changes to rotations to accommodate prelim requirements for residents who are pre-matched into other specialties for PGY-2.

Residents rotations are outlined in the diagram below. Of particular note, elective time is offered in the PGY-3 and PGY-4 years.
